I have taught the game for over thirty years. I have taught PGA and LPGA Tour players, Hall of Fame members, and accomplished amateurs who have had successful competitive careers. My most rewarding moments in teaching occur when I get the beginning golfer hooked on the game I love. That may be a junior player, of that may be the senior who has just retired and wants to take up the game. They may have endless athletic ability or they may be physically challenged... the golf ball doesn't know, and doesn't care. I feel everyone can enjoy this game at different levels with different goals. I do not teach every student in the same manner because each student is unique, and while there are fundamentals that must be achieved even those may be altered to achieve the individual's set goals. Of all the things we do here at Pagoda Golf Area, getting people to enjoy their game more through improvement is the most important.

As A PGA Golf Professional, I take tremendous pride in helping people improve their golf games. It is very important for my students to develop goals and outline a path for improvement. The best way to improve is to build a foundation of solid fundamentals. I use a number of different training aids and video equipment to make sure that each lesson is unique, and give each student a few drills that they can repeat in order to build muscle memory. I feel that through proper instruction and practice, anyone can take their game to the next level. My students may call or email me at any time regarding any changes we've made or any questions that they might have. The lines of communication are always open. It takes hard work and dedication to make a change in your golf game. Invest in yourself and start to have more fun on the golf course.

My philosophy is simple, to be a better golfer you must master the fundamentals. I enjoy teaching all aspects of the game and am constantly working on improving my own game by experimentation and computer analysis. I enjoy teaching players of all abilities and experience.
